A Review of TESOL Training International - Cebu's 120 hour Online TESOL Course

It’s been 2 years since I’ve been thinking of taking a TESOL certification. I believe that taking it will help me widen my perspective of what teaching is all about. At first, I was quite hesitant since I’m currently working as a Japanese Translator which is different from the field of teaching. But as I tried searching for some good schools through internet, slowly I came to realize the advantages it will give me after taking it. The first 2 months gave me so many outputs that are very useful not only for teaching but as well as to practice my communication skills. I learned a lot of techniques on how to teach effectively as well as on how to handle children and extend patience. The last 2 months are all about application from those things or important points that we had learned. Indeed, first times are always the toughest. As time passed, I was able to handle myself when I’m talking in front. After 6 demonstrations, I can say that I can now handle my nervousness as well as speak in a moderate speed. Before, everytime I felt nervous, I tend to speak very fast but now I can adjust as well as avoid unnecessary movements that can distract my listeners/viewers. Thank you so much for guiding us until the last day of our TESOL training.
