To be honest, I've learned a lot from these experiences. TESOL trainers were so helpful on our teaching progress by giving suitable strategies or techniques in the class. From comprehensive approach to intensive feedbacks, they never failed to give lots of useful information and constructive reviews to their trainees. The TESOL course has helped me grow professionally and personally. So, I could say that this is such a worthwhile experience of mine.
